Issue is, the ideas tend to be unrelated to what you already chose to work with, and so each new idea becomes a distraction that takes you further away from your larger goals. So what can an individual with too many guidelines and Adult ADHD do?

I"ve Adult ADHD myself, and I have 1-0 great ideas per day, minimum, which can be "million-dollar ideas." How do I really implement one of these and get something done? I do not want to just stop having good some ideas. I enjoy contemplating new some ideas. Its among the things I am most readily useful at doing. Just imagine how much progress you"ll make if you use them for your major project everyday, as opposed to getting distracted…you"ll be a giant!
